01Who we are
Fund Ready USA LLC ("Fund Ready USA," "we," "us," or "our") is a business funding broker. We are not a lender or funding provider. We help small business owners request funding by submitting their information to third-party funding partners, who make all credit and funding decisions.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through fundreadyusa.com (the "Site"), through our phone calls and emails with you, and through the funding request process — and what we do with it.
The short version: we collect what we need to get you a funding quote, we share it with funding partners so they can make you an offer, and we do not sell your personal information. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
02Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit a request on the Site, speak with us by phone, or complete a funding application, we may collect:
- Business information — business name, industry, address, time in business, monthly or annual revenue, and the amount of funding you are seeking.
- Contact information — your name, phone number, and email address.
- Owner information provided during the application process — which may include your date of birth, Social Security number, ownership percentage, and personal credit information, where a funding partner requires it to evaluate your request.
- Financial documents — business bank statements, a voided business check, and similar records you provide so a funding partner can evaluate your request.
- Communications — the content of emails, text messages, and, where applicable and disclosed to you at the time, recorded phone calls.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar usage data through cookies and comparable technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from lead sources and marketing partners, from our funding partners, and from business data providers and credit reporting agencies, where permitted by law.
Please note: we will never ask you for your online banking username or password. Do not send passwords, full account numbers, or your Social Security number through the Site's request form or by unsecured email or text message.
03How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Evaluate your funding request and determine whether it fits our funding partners' criteria.
- Prepare and deliver a quote, and communicate with you about it.
- Submit your request and supporting documents to funding partners on your behalf.
- Contact you by phone, email, and text message about your request and about business funding, subject to the consent you provide and to applicable law.
- Verify your identity and your business, and detect and prevent fraud.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
- Comply with our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, including maintaining records of consent and of opt-out requests.
04Who we share it with
We share your information with:
- Funding partners. This is the core of what we do. To get you a quote, we submit your request and supporting documents to one or more third-party funding providers. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
- Service providers. Companies that operate our Site, CRM, phone system, e-signature and secure document tools, email, and analytics — acting on our behalf and under contract.
- Affiliates. Entities under common ownership with us, including any affiliated lead generation business, for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our terms, or prevent fraud or harm.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your financial documents with anyone other than funding partners considering your request, and the service providers who help us transmit and store them.
05Calls, texts, and your consent
When you submit a request on the Site and check the authorization box, you give your prior express written consent for Fund Ready USA and its funding partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide regarding business funding — including by phone call, text message, and automated or prerecorded means. Your consent is not a condition of receiving any funding or of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
We keep a record of the consent language you agreed to, and the date and time you agreed to it.
You can revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable method. You may reply STOP to any text message, tell any of our representatives on a call that you do not wish to be contacted, or email privacy@fundreadyusa.com or call (305) 968-6667 and ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list. We will honor your request promptly, and across our affiliated businesses. Revoking consent for marketing contact does not prevent us from sending you communications necessary to complete a request already in progress, unless you ask us to stop those as well.
06Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure the performance of our advertising.
We may work with advertising platforms and use their measurement tools, which may set cookies or collect device identifiers to help us understand which ads lead to funding requests, and to show ads to people who may be interested in business funding. These platforms may act as independent controllers of the data they collect. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you may be able to opt out of interest-based advertising through the tools those platforms provide or through industry opt-out pages such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's.
The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.
07How we protect information
We maintain a written information security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, appropriate to our size and to the sensitivity of that information. These measures include access controls limiting who can view your files, multi-factor authentication on systems holding sensitive information, encryption of data in transit, and secure links for document exchange rather than unsecured email attachments.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulators as required by law.
08How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, and afterward as necessary to comply with our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain proof of consent and of opt-out requests. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely dispose of it.
If you ask to be removed from our contact lists, we will retain the minimum information necessary to honor that request going forward.
09Your choices and rights
- Stop hearing from us. Reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe in any marketing email, tell a representative on a call, or contact us using the details in Section 14.
- Access, correct, or delete. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to legal exceptions. For example, we may need to retain records of a funding request that has already been submitted.
- Withdraw a request. You can ask us to stop submitting your file to funding partners at any time before you sign a funding agreement.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights regarding your personal information — including the right to know what we collect, to access and delete it, to correct inaccuracies, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising, and to appeal a denial of a request. As noted above, we do not sell personal information for money.
Many state privacy laws apply to information about individuals acting in a personal or household capacity, and contain exceptions for business-to-business information and for information subject to federal financial privacy laws. Where those laws apply to information we hold about you, we will honor the rights they provide. To exercise a right, or to appeal a decision, contact us using the details in Section 14.
11Other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not operate, including those of our funding partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
12Children
The Site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
